Developed from everything we've learned creating one of our most successful designs, the Rogue has been engineered to deliver the same exciting, playful personality that made the Ka-Chow such a favourite - while giving larger paddlers the size, confidence and performance they've always wanted.
This isn't simply a larger kayak.
Every change has been made with one goal in mind: preserving the lively, responsive character of the Ka-Chow while creating a kayak that feels perfectly balanced beneath bigger paddlers.
The familiar rocker profile remains unchanged, retaining the speed, looseness and effortless flow that define the ride. The hull has also been carried over, preserving the fast, predictable feel that made the original so successful.
Subtle refinements to the rails sharpen the kayak through the mid-section, increasing grip and precision through powerful turns, while additional chamfering towards the bow maintains the forgiving nature that inspires confidence on steeper take-offs.
The result is a kayak that feels immediately familiar, yet confidently stands on its own.

The Rogue is one of those boats that makes me want to stay out for one more wave. It has plenty of speed, is super comfortable, but what stands out to me is how lively it feels once you’re on the wave. It responds quickly, changes direction easily and gives you room to be playful with your surfing.
I took the brand-new Rogue to the Sopela World Cup and finished 4th in Open HP. The waves were big and powerful, so it was a proper test of a new design. I was really happy with how it performed, particularly how confidently I could carry speed into a turn and then redirect the boat; but also how much confidence it gave me!
I designed the Rogue to feel exciting without making every wave hard work. I’m biased, of course, but paddling it in competition confirmed that it delivers the kind of surfing I was aiming for. I’m proud of this one.
Hi I've had a lot of kayak of chris over the years ,the build quality of all of them has been just amazing ,but the the special edition full carbon rogue ive just picked up is of the charts .
After paddling it for a few week ,first in Brittany and today at my local break "bantham".
Its by far the best boat I've ever paddled ,instantly gelling with it .
Easy take off ,rail to rail is effortless, and ime allready searching for the lip .

Does the Rogue bridge the gap between the shorter and longer HP kayaks was my question? Yes it does and then some. I was looking for the speed and ease of the Apex paddling out and catching waves but with more performance like an Enigma or small HP on the wave. The Rogue covers this comfortably and in fact ‘comfortable high performance(HP)’ is how I would describe the Rogue. An absolute dream to surf and makes me feel 20 years younger. Very balanced throughout, good acceleration, great grip and the rails release intuitively on the turn. Loving mine, this is the kayak I've been waiting for
